They have been absolutely terrible to deal with! From day one to this very day, there is always an issue! And it is nearly impossible to communicate with them. I have called and left their escrow department numerous messages and have yet to hear back from them. We receive our monthly statements well past the due date! We will be refinancing with a different lender ASAP!
