Our site wasn’t even dug until 3 months after we were told they would dig. Move in didn’t happen until 8 months after what we were told. The footers were poured horribly and lots of concrete waste.

A time that was supposed to be enjoyable to build a home for my family was more of a nightmare. Upper management needs a complete overhaul and the CM’s need manageable number of jobs so they can keep up on all the mistakes. Hopefully these reviews are taken serious so future customers don’t have the headaches I had. I got contacted by them a week after we closed on the house wanting to know if we had broken ground yet. Nobody notified them of the process, so DISH had to drill two holes through our new floor to run cable. We had pre-approved by another lender, but was told that they preferred to deal with Premier.
